A COMMUNITY
of Philanthropists

A collaborative fund made of up of philanthropists passionate about backing the best small and medium-sized charities addressing social inequality in the UK.

OUR

Community

We are driven by the lack of meritocracy in the charity sector. There is no correlation between capital inflow into the sector and funding ending up a) where it is needed most and b) with charities that are best in class.

We believe we’ve found 23 of the best small-to medium-sized UK charities punching above their weight. By building a collective fund we aim to help other philanthropists avoid the labour intensive research.

We have a number of investors that partner with The Considered Ask to invest in our charity portfolio – either as a whole or into specific charities.

All our overheads are covered meaning 100% of donations go directly to the charities. We provide all due diligence and performance monitoring for free.

We are looking for like-minded funders passionate about building a more meritocratic charity landscape. Please e-mail matt@theconsideredask.com if you want to learn more.
